Servatech act as your virtual IT department. And just like an in-house IT department, you can talk to us about anything to do with your computer systems and IT, not simply when things go wrong.
Unlike many other support service organisations, we don't charge extra for network administration. This is despite the fact that requests like these make up a high percentage of calls to our help desk. It's all part of the service.
Whatever you Want to Know, Just Ask
Maintenance of user accounts, email system maintenance, firewall management, backup issues, fileserver health and general network system maintenance - we're happy to act as your network administrator at no extra charge.
We know you just want to 'get on with your work' without interruptions or hassle. So whatever it is that's holding you up, no matter how small, just ask.
